Kluth is a German-born, Mexico City–based artist whose practice is rooted in material experimentation, emotional resonance, and intuitive process. Working across large-scale formats, her fine art paintings explore the energetic interplay between water, pigment, and structure — creating layered, textural surfaces.
Creative process is intimately tied to emotional expression
Her work engages contemporary abstraction through a sensorial and metaphysical lens, often bridging the visible and the unseen. With a background in Fashion and Communication (Academy of Fashion and Design in Düsseldorf and Berlin, AMD), Kluth approaches painting as both construction and deconstruction — each piece guided by the natural behavior of materials and the fluidity of inner states.

Her original artworks utilize swamp lime, marble powder, pigments, and ink, building complex, dimensional compositions that shift with light, space, and perception. The physicality of her mixed media work, combined with an emphasis on energetic presence, positions her paintings as both visual experiences and conceptual investigations. She often explores the idea that water, as a material and metaphor, holds memory and responds to consciousness — an inquiry that shapes her intuitive layering process.
